Traveling from Halls Creek to KNX on short notice via Greyhound Bus, we made a last minute booking around 4pm. I didn't read the email until we got in range... read more about an hr out from Kununurra and noticed it said to contact them if arriving after 5pm.
I was worried as we were arriving around 8pm but after contacting the hotel, the Manager already had a plan B if we arrive before 8pm to pick up the key at the fish n chip shop on site and a Plan C where she was happy to meet us at the gate to let us in.
We arrived after 8pm and check in was smooth and easy. We spent 2 nights here and I can honestly say the customer service was awesome. They even sell cold drinks at reception after walking around town on a hot day.
Thank you for being extra nice to my client who i was escorting to the hospital.

  This Motel is in a great Central location to town. Coles across the road and all eateries within walking distance. All tours picked us up from here so also... read more great location for that. This joint is also pet friendly. Now the downers. Make sure you get a ground level room as the stairs are annoying. Walls in the rooms are thin. Snoring from next door kept me awake. Amenities are basic but sufficient. The worst thing is parking. To have secure parking you need to be back early from days outing to get a spot. This was terrible.

Our room was spacious and spotless with everything we needed for a comfortable stay of 5 nights. Beds comfy, linen and towels all good quality. Bonus is that they do tour bookings too for pickup at the motel.
