Traveling from Halls Creek to KNX on short notice via Greyhound Bus, we made a last minute booking around 4pm. I didn't read the email until we got in range... read more about an hr out from Kununurra and noticed it said to contact them if arriving after 5pm.
I was worried as we were arriving around 8pm but after contacting the hotel, the Manager already had a plan B if we arrive before 8pm to pick up the key at the fish n chip shop on site and a Plan C where she was happy to meet us at the gate to let us in.
We arrived after 8pm and check in was smooth and easy. We spent 2 nights here and I can honestly say the customer service was awesome. They even sell cold drinks at reception after walking around town on a hot day.
Thank you for being extra nice to my client who i was escorting to the hospital.

There are... read more two pet friendly rooms, and behind these rooms is a pet ensuite that is grassed, has water supply and caged so you can pop over to coles or out for a little while without your pet. Lisa, Sherri and Dave were all amazing to deal with and accommodated us with happy smiles and a whole lot of Kununurra friendliness. I will only stay here in future as I had a ball. There is a gorgeous swimming pool, a lovely relaxing courtyard and kitchen facilities. The motel is across the road from Coles, centrally located to all that Kununurra has to offer. Highly recommend this amazing motel in Kununurra. Even if you don't have a pet, the rooms are modern, fast wifi, beautiful pool and friendly service.
